Assessments are valuable tools used by coaches and consultants that aid in understanding the strengths, behaviors, preferences, values, motivators, and decision-making patterns of individuals and organizations. 

Assessments tap into what the client “does not know that they do not know.” In other words, assessments are valuable only as much as they can contribute information beyond what the client may already know about him or herself.  

People are remarkably good at predicting their own behavior, but these self-predictions may not always be accurate. Assessments help individuals gain unique knowledge beyond what they may think they already know about their own behavior and responses to situations.

Dr. Chris offers valid and reliable assessment choices to her coaching and consulting clients. Each assessment is chosen for the specific needs of the individual or organization, and the information gathered from each assessment is used to create a plan of action.

All assessments are administered only after scheduling a one on one session with Dr. Chris to identify which assessment best suits your needs. A 90-minute debrief session is included with the cost of the assessment.
