Wellness Coaching At the base of all the decisions we make in our lives is how we feel about ourselves. If we have low self-esteem and do not love ourselves, all of our decisions will be made through this lens and we will see less than desirable results. The job you do, how you love, how you are in your relationships, how well you sell, how well you manage...everything...is based on the foundation of self-esteem. Wellness Coaching consists of several one on one hour and a half session focusing on the individual and what is driving them from the inside. The focus of the sessions are self-leadership based and help the participant reflect on their conditioning, attitudes and interpersonal skills. Any of the Chris Sopa International, Inc. workshops or seminars can be used in the coaching format, or coaching may be customized to meet your needs.
